Equipping Leaders for the Urban Church

‘For I know the plans I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.’ Jeremiah 29:11

This two-year program is for single, urban young men, ages 18 -- 25, who have made a commitment to Christ and want to grow in their walk with Him. Applicants are encouraged to have a church sponsor them.

The program begins at Deer Creek Christian Camp in Colorado where students are introduced to the Core Values and taught the basics of the Faith. They participate in Bible studies and devotions, develop a growth plan and work with the staff to run retreats.

After the initial three-month training in Colorado, students move to Morning Star Ranch in Kansas to complete the remaining 21 months of the program. At the Ranch, the students continue to learn and practice the Core Values and the basics of the Faith and are also introduced to Life Skills Training and Vocational Training.
