Dr. Keith Phillips President of World Impact, Inc. Dr. Keith Phillips is President of World Impact, a Christian missions organization, which plants churches among America's unchurched urban poor. He is a thought-provoking speaker who has appeared on "The 700 Club," the Trinity Broadcasting Network and "Focus on the Family." He is a Conference Speaker with Promise Keepers. Dr. Phillips received his Bachelor of Arts degree from UCLA and his Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry from Fuller Theological Seminary.

Dr. Don Davis Director of World Impact’s The Urban Ministry Institute (TUMI) Dr. Don Davis, an ordained minister and native of Wichita, Kansas, is the Founder and Director of World Impact’s Urban Ministry Institute, a research and training center dedicated to equipping leadership for the urban church among the underprivileged in America’s neediest urban communities. From 1975-1980 he served as one of World Impact’s senior staff missionaries, and was responsible in all phases of urban outreach, including, emergency food and housing, job training, camping, counseling, evangelism, discipleship, and church-planting. From 1980-1985 he served as Director of World Impact Wichita, leading a team of up to 22 full-time professional community ministers, and administered and managed all phases and operations of the social justice and missions community there. He has consulted with other ministries in numerous other urban contexts including Los Angeles, San Diego, St. Louis, and Newark.
