POSITION SUMMARY: Maximize the effectiveness of the Director, coordinating calendars and the director’s schedule, setting meetings and appointments, screening calls and mail, and assist in insuring decisions are implemented. This person will be gifted in administration with an attention to detail and good at behind the scenes work. This person would be able to manage the day to day operation of World Impact St Louis. It requires a self motivated person with good interpersonal relationship skills, who is organized with the flexibility to handle changing from one detail to another. A college business degree is preferred. Our objective is to fill this position with a missionary who raises support, resides in World Impact housing and becomes a part of our missionary community among the urban poor.
