We are in need of a Property/Operations Manager at the Watts ministry location.

Responsibilities:

  • Everyday typical maintenance needs for an organization with two ministry centers and seven staff homes.
  • These would include: knowledgeable use of shop equipment, minor-to- moderate
    carpentry projects, minor-to-moderate plumbing and electrical maintenance, routine automotive and small engine maintenance, and physical ability to climb ladders and do moderate lifting.
  • Responsibilities will also include planning for and supervision of volunteers who join with us to accomplish a variety of facility-related projects. World Impact has a reasonably well-equipped shop, but possession of a well-stocked personal tool box would be very helpful for this position.

World Impact cannot offer a salary for this position - we would expect a candidate to raise necessary living expenses as a missionary and live in one of our staff homes or commute in and volunteer their time.

The ideal candidate would be able to give us a two-year minimum commitment. However, we would consider shorter commitments as well. This person will live among World Impact missionaries, and therefore will also be expected to participate with us in fellowship and community ministry.
