POSITION SUMMARY:

Effectively develop, lead and manage the World Impact St Louis Thrift Shop into a viable ministry to the urban poor. The purposes of the thrift shop include providing a way to respectfully share God’s material blessings with other Christians, to serve fellow Christians while developing cross cultural relationships and to generate revenue that provides urban Christian’s access to the Center without charge or at very nominal cost. Previous retail management experience is preferred, prior thrift shop experience would be a plus.

Our objective is to fill this position with a missionary who raises support, resides in World Impact housing and becomes a part of our missionary community among the urban poor.
