Outside The Walls Church (OTWC) began with and still holds to a vision of building a Kingdom community where the poor, captive, broken, and oppressed have a future and a hope in Jesus Christ our Victor!
Danny and Martin are both former “lifers” who took TUMI classes together in prison. They served the Lord faithfully inside and led the church, named Pillar of Fire, in their prison yard.

World Impact is committed to empowering urban leaders. When leaders are empowered, they in turn empower those around them and the Church in the city flourishes and grows.
It is so exciting when we get the privilege to identify, equip and release urban leaders to plant churches and facilitate church planting movements among the unchurched urban poor.
I remember when I first got the itch to plant a church. It was about 2007 when I was serving as an Associate Pastor at Zion Tabernacle Baptist Church in Oakland.
I never really set out to plant a church, but progressively after living and working in the community, God gave me a vision for a multi-ethnic, parish model church that was community focused and gospel driven.
Incredible Kingdom opportunities and realities to advance Godโs Kingdom are before us in 2017 and I donโt plan on failing because of caution. I plan to experiment and to experiment boldly.
The Wichita ministry recently hosted our third Evangel School of Urban Church Planting. Our team had spent months praying, planning, and walking alongside multiple urban leaders as they were preparing to plant their churches.
