Several years ago, I drove into West Dallas looking for a classroom where I could offer courses of The Urban Ministry Institute (TUMI). I just knew there were pastors in West Dallas who woke up each morning asking God to provide leadership training resources.

Two major ministry directions have marked The Urban Ministry Institute (TUMI) in 2016. One is the translation work in which I am involved.

Over the course of the next four years The Urban Ministry Institute has set goals to translate the Capstone Curriculum into ten key languages and the Discipleship book Fight the Good Fight into 20 languages.
